EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. (KSDK) – Police are looking for three people who have been charged with drug-induced homicide after separate overdoses in Madison County.

Robert Kirchner, 41, has been charged in connection with the June 2012 overdose death of Tony Sellers, whose body was found outside of Kirchner's house in June 2012. An ensuing toxicology report revealed that he died from a heroin overdose.

He's also charged with controlled substance trafficking, unlawful delivery of a controlled substance and unlawful possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.

Kirchner is accused of purchasing heroin in St. Louis and returning to Granite City, where he brought it to Sellers. Following the transaction, he's also accused of trying to conceal the cause of Sellers' death by moving him from inside to the backyard. Three accomplices – Vindi Kirchner, Janet Denson and Scott Bourbon – have been charged with concealment of a homicide.

The second case involved Granite City residents David Deforest, 23, and Debra Nelson, 42. Both are charged with drug-induced homicide and one count of intent to deliver a controlled substance after 20-year-old Dylan Hartman died from a methadone overdose.

Kirchner is currently on a $500,000 bond. Deforest and Nelson are also being held on $500,000.
