MOLINE ACRES, Mo. (KSDK) – Even though the Lewis Clark and Towers have been condemned, NewsChannel 5 crews found some people still living there on Saturday.

Residents were told that they had 48 hours to leave the premises on Tuesday.

Moline Acres Mayor Michele DeSay says a meeting is scheduled for Monday night with Moline Acres city officials and a representative from the building.

In addition to a broken elevator, the 10-story building also suffers from electric outages and broken pipes.

Some residents say they're not leaving – something that has to be worked out.
