ST. LOUIS COUNTY (KSDK) – A local motorcycle club pulled together Saturday to thank our nation's heroes for their service.

Every year, the Pegasus Veteran's Support Group raises money for disabled veterans at Jefferson Barracks, helping provide for basic necessities like clothes and furniture.

It's a mission near and dear to organizers' hearts.

"I was in the military, personally," Joe Delozier said. "And for what these guys are going through, and what they did for our country, that means everything to us."

The motorcycle club says a big chunk of the money raised comes from a special rodeo they host each year.

This year, the club raised $5,000!
