ST. LOUIS – A 58-year-old Lake St. Louis man is charged with failing to give the IRS taxes he'd deducted from his employees' paychecks.

Kenneth Kreisch managed Marble and Granite Worldwide LLC. An indictment alleges that even though he withheld employment taxes from his employees' paychecks, he didn't give any money to the IRS. The missing amount totaled $462,501 between 2006 and the fourth quarter of 2008.

He now faces seven felony counts of failure to pay over taxes – which could carry up to five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
