ST. LOUIS (KSDK) – In January, small business Local Harvest said it needed $120,000 to stay open – and created a successful online fundraiser.

But last month, the owners said they were behind on rent, and closed their downtown café.

The location in Tower Grove is still open.

Now, our partners at the St. Louis Business Journal say Local Harvest is facing another lawsuit and new tax liens.

The tax liens in March total more than $20,000.
