IMPERIAL, Mo. (KSDK) – The owners of Ruma's Deli hope this surveillance video will help them catch the pair who broke into the store early Saturday morning.

Two people wearing hoodies smashed in the front door at around 2:30 a.m. They got away with some cash and an expensive meat saw. They also left behind more than $1,000 worth of damage.

Thieves targeted the same deli just six months ago. While deputies were investigating if the people struck again, the owners are making some changes.

"We already talked to Brinks, and Monday morning, they are coming out to install an alarm, a silent alarm," Owner Brock Ruma said. "The silent alarm will be set and anytime the doors are open after hours, a silent alarm will sound and alert police, and hopefully they can catch them the next time."

Deputies say the two also hit the business next door.

If you have information about these crimes, call the Jefferson County Sheriff's Department.
