LITCHFIELD, Ill. (KSDK) – Authorities did not find explosive devices Monday afternoon after a letter was found inside Calhoun County High School claiming that there was a bomb in the building.

Students and faculty were evacuated while bomb dogs from the Secretary of State Police and Capitol Police searched the building.

Illinois State Police are currently conducting an investigation into the origins of the threat.
