RICHMOND HEIGHTS, Mo. (KSDK) – A longtime local restaurant closed its doors for good on Sunday night.

After 18 years in business, the owner of Harvest said goodbye to its customers in a packed house.

That's not the case on most nights – which is why Nicholas Miller says he's closing. Still, he concedes that it's been a good run.

"It's incredibly bittersweet, it's been one of the biggest parts of my life and I've had some of the best times of my life here," he said. "But at the same time, it's gonna be a bright future."

Miller says he's still deciding his future plans.

Two things are certain: he's staying in St. Louis and in the culinary scene.
