Winnsboro, LA (KNOE/CNN) - Authorities in Louisiana are investigating after a men wearing white hoodies reportedly attacked a woman and set her on fire.

"Last night, about 8 p.m. last night, we received a call from a walking trail just north, excuse me, south of Winnsboro, Highway 15. A young female Sharmeka Moffitt, 20-year-old black female called 911 and reported that she had been attacking and eventually set on fire by three individuals. The individuals' description we were given were males wearing a white hoodie. At this time, the victim was not able to give us a color. There were racial slurs written on the vehicle, not on her. But they were on the cars," said Chief Lester Thomas with the Winnsboro Police Department.

The victim suffered burns on 90-percent of her body.

She is in stable condition at a Shreveport hospital.
