ST. LOUIS - A St. Louis man is accused of shooting a man to death in October.

Carl Kelley, 33, is charged with first-degree murder, two counts of first-degree assault, and three counts of armed criminal action.

Police were called to a vacant building in the 5800 block of Dr. Martin Luther King Drive at 3:25 a.m. Oct. 26. Two 34-year-old men were found in the street at the intersection of Goodfellow and Dr. Martin Luther King Drive with multiple gunshot wounds. They were taken to an area hospital for treatment.

Byron Gallion, 38, was found inside the building, also with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Kelley is held without bond.
