ST. CLAIR COUNTY, Ill. – A group people were arrested Thursday morning by members of the St. Clair County Sheriff's Department, United States Marshal Service, Illinois State Police, Belleville Police Department, Millstadt Police Department, and Cahokia Police Department.

On Wednesday, State's Attorney Brendan Kelly issued warrants on 18 individuals for people who were being investigated by the sheriff's department's Drug Tactical Unit. Nine of those people were arrested Thursday morning.

Individuals charged with possession of a controlled substance:
Robert M. Brucker, 32, bond is set at $30,000
Ashley N. Thomas, 28, bond is set at $15,000
Emily J. Williams, 25, bond is set at $100,000
Vernon E. Lowery, 47, bond is set at $50,000
James M. Reagan, 25, bond is set at $15,000
Nicole S. Reagan, 21, bond is set at $15,000

Individuals charged with possession of cannabis:
Shantez L. Rias, 30, bond is set at $25,000
Dwayne M. Williams, 25, bond is set at $75,000

Maria L. Neumeyer, 41, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of methamphetamine. Her bond is set at $30,000.
