ST. CHARLES COUNTY, Mo. – A St. Charles County man is accused of making child pornography.

Dwayne M. Dozier, 40, is charged with five counts of possession of child pornography and one count of production of child pornography.

According to the St. Charles County Prosecuting Attorney's probable cause statement, Missouri Internet Crimes Against Children received information in March 2014 from police in Nashville, Tenn. about a search warrant that was executed and found evidence that child pornography was being traded between two email addresses, "Numskul469" and "deviousd420."

Dozier is accused of emailing 10 images of child porn to "deviousd420" on July 15, 2013. The victim in the photos appeared to be between 5 and 8-years-old.

On Dec. 9, 2013, Dozier is accused of sending 10 more child pornography images from the same email account. That victim also appeared to be between 5 and 8-years-old.

Members of the Missouri Internet Crimes Against Children executed a search warrant on Dozier's home on Sun Lake Drive in St. Charles Monday, and recovered approximately 160 child pornography photos and videos.

Documents state Dozier admitted to investigators he viewed and traded child pornography. He said he "developed a problem with viewing child pornography a few years ago." He also stated he preferred children between the ages of 3 and 12.

Dozier is held on a $50,000 cash-only bond.
