Several witnesses were interviewed by officers, who investigated the incident until the end of their shift.

Price was arrested early Thursday morning after a second incident with the same victims. Police allege Price punched the male victim and pushed the female victim to the ground when she tried to intervene. He was taken into custody for third-degree domestic assault and third-degree assault.

On Thursday afternoon the officer investigating the first incident followed up with the first case and arrested him for a second time.
