ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - A St. Louis man will spend the next five years in prison after pleading guilty last week to stalking his ex-girlfriend, who was murdered in December 2012.
That woman, identified as 26-year-old Tequila Sandford, gunned down in her apartment in the 6600 block of Oakland Avenue around 5:50 a.m. on December 27. A man in the apartment with Sandford was shot in the head but survived.
According to court documents, Frederick Howard admitted to stalking Sandford involving an incident on December 26.
No charges have been filed in the murder case.
