CLAYTON, Mo. – A man accused of molesting a girl at the Ritz-Carlton has been found not guilty on all counts.

Daniel Hughes, 45, was staying at the Ritz-Carlton in March 2011 when he asked for the wrong room key and allegedly climbed into bed with a 9-year-old girl.

The girl testified in court last week she though it was her grandmother was in bed with her until the person started to massage her on different parts of her body, including areas she described as her "privates."

Police said Hughes told them he was intoxicated and believed he was with an adult female acquaintance.

Jurors acquitted Hughes Monday of child molestation and sodomy.
