(KSDK) – A man sought for an Illinois murder investigation has been found and arrested in Las Vegas, Nev., according to Granite City Police.
Authorities arrested Turhan Robinson in Las Vegas, where he remains in custody at the Clark County Jail.
Last month, Robinson and Terrence Lee had each been charged with four counts of first-degree murder, one count of attempted first-degree murder and one count of armed robbery.
According to police, the two men robbed and killed 43-year-old Kenneth Deal before leading police on a chase in Missouri and Illinois.
Witnesses discovered Deal's body laying the intersection of 3rd Street and Washington Avenue on May 19. Authorities do not believe that the suspects knew the victim.
Police arrested Lee last month in a St. Louis apartment complex.
Robinson will be extradited to Illinois, according to Detective Lt. Mike Nordstrom.
