ST. LOUIS – Charges have been filed against a man for the shooting of a patron at Broadway Oyster Bar.
Christopher Brown, 22, is charged with shooting from a motor vehicle, armed criminal action, and unlawful use of a weapon.
Brown is accused of firing a shot from the parking lot of a White Castle restaurant early Friday morning.
In the course of the shooting, a man sitting on the patio at Broadway Oyster Bar was wounded. The victim was not the intended target of the shooting but was shot in the shoulder.
The victim was taken to an area hospital for treatment and released.
Brown was arrested Monday and is held on a $100,000 cash-only bond.
