ST. LOUIS COUNTY (KSDK) - St. Louis County Police were involved in a standoff for several hours early Friday morning at a North County home.

According to officers on scene, it started around midnight. A resident living on the 2200 block of Central Parkway flashed a gun at his neighbors.

Police said the man was angry about damage that had been done to his fence.

Following that incident, the man decided to barricade himself inside his home. The man did not come out until 4 a.m.

Police said he suffered some minor scrapes, but no one else was injured. The man is now in custody and is being question about the incident.
