ST. LOUIS – A 28-year-old man was shot and killed late Saturday night in north St. Louis.

The shooting happened shortly before midnight in the 3800 block of Greer. Flynt Clemons was found with multiple gunshot wounds to his chest, back, hand, and leg. He was taken to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Police say Clemons and the 30-year-old suspect's girlfriend were arguing when the girlfriend called her boyfriend. Authorities say the suspect arrived at the scene and shot Clemons multiple times before fleeing the area in a red vehicle.

The suspect's name has not been released.
