ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - Right in time for Halloween, there's a warning about those decorative contact lenses.

Mary Migneco, an optometrist Barnes-Jewish Hospital, joined First @ 4 Wednesday to talk about how some states have gone out of their way to ban the lenses.
