ST. LOUIS – We have a better idea of the scope of the flu season in St. Louis.

Barnes-Jewish Hospital says it's treated more than 360 cases and 10 people have died. Nationwide, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says 40 states have widespread flu activity, including Missouri and Illinois.

If you haven't been vaccinated yet, it's not too late. Barnes says it gave out more than 1,300 free flu shots at a clinic just this week.
