ST. LOUIS – February is heart month, so you're going to start hearing a lot about heart health everywhere.

A few stories may even stop you in your tracks, like the one about a young local woman, who joined First @ 4 Thursday to share her story.

At the age of 28, just one week after delivering a baby, Rachel D'Souza-Siebert almost died of a heart attack after her coronary artery dissected. In the three years since then, she's been a National Heart Association spokesperson.

She is one of just a handful chosen to tell her story as part of a campaign to raise awareness about women and heart disease.
