ST. LOUIS - The deadline to get healthcare under the affordable care act is a little more than three weeks away.
If you don't sign up by March 31, you won't be able to get insurance through the Affordable Care Act until next year.
So far, 54,000 Missourians have signed up, and 83 percent have gotten financial assistance.
But there are a lot of myths that are keeping some people from signing up, which is why hospitals all across St. Louis and Missouri are participating in a statewide enrollment blitz this weekend, with a chance to sit down face-to-face to get your questions asked.
Sara Pingleton, Mercy financial counselor, joined First @ 4 Thursday to talk about some come common myths and what the enrollment blitzes will be like. Click the video player above to watch the interview.
