ST. LOUIS - Millions of people are staggering under the load of credit card and student loan debt.

Now comes a new study that says one in three Americans have difficulty paying medical bills, and we're not talking about people who don't have health insurance. Many of those who have substantial medical debt have health insurance.

Thomas Nitzsche from Clearpoint Credit Counseling Solutions joined First @ 4 Friday with some tips on how you can avoid falling into this money trap.
