ST. ANN, Mo. – The former mayor of St. Ann has died.
Jack Rehagen died Monday, Dec. 30. He was married to his wife, Carole, for 58 years.
Reghagen worked 33 years at McDonnell Douglas Aircraft Manufacturing and served as an alderman for the City of St. Ann for 13 years before serving as mayor from 1985 until 1995, and again from 200 until 2001. He was also the board chair of Local Government Service Association, president of Mayors of Large Cities, president of the St. Louis Municipal League, as well as participating in other organizations.
He is survived by his wife; daughter, Kimberly (Keith) Marrs; daughter, Victoria (Kevin) Birk; son, Jeff (Judi) Rehagen; four grandchildren, and three siblings.
A memorial visitation will be held Sunday, Jan. 5 from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. at collier's Funeral Home in St. Ann. A funeral service will be held the following day at 10 a.m. at Holy Trinity Parish. He will be buried at Sacred Heart Cemetery.
