ST. LOUIS – Ameren Missouri has deactivated its Emergency Operations Center.
The center was activated Sunday as a severe winter storm swept across the Midwest. More than 20,300 customers lost power. Power to those customers has been restored.
"The arctic cold posed a challenge to our crews who worked throughout the day and night restoring power as safely and quickly as possible," said Michael Moehn, senior vice president, Customer Operations for Ameren Missouri. "Ameren Missouri appreciates its customers' patience while our crews restored power."
Power outages can be reported to Ameren Missouri by calling 1-800-552-7583 or through their website. Ameren Missouri also asks residents to report any low-hanging or downed power lines.
