FERGUSON, Mo. – Johnson-Wabash Elementary School will be closed again Thursday and Friday due to water damage.

Much of the school has water damage after a sprinkler head burst during sub-zero temperatures earlier this week.

Jana Shortt, a spokesperson for the Ferguson-Florissant School District, says when class resumes Monday, Jan. 13, students will temporarily attend classes at First Baptist Church of Ferguson, located at 333 North Florissant Road.

An informational meeting will be held for parents Thursday, Jan. 9 at 5:30 p.m. at Johnson-Wabash Elementary School.
