ST. LOUIS (KSDK) – With City of St. Louis street crews continue to clean up the snow left on city side streets, there's another problem on the horizon that crews are watching closely – potholes.

Potholes have already begun to form as roads get clear, and the City of St. Louis has already begun to look at taking care of it, according to Street Department Director Todd Waelterman.

Friday morning, Waelterman tweeted about a meeting with the road crews to fill potholes before the Monday morning commute.

He proceeded to tweet a link where residents could submit the location of potholes throughout the City of St. Louis.

Residents could also tweet @stlstreets to submit the block number/street or intersection of potholes.

You can report a pothole though the City of St. Louis' website or by calling 314-622-4800.

A number of area drivers tweeted about potholes that they've already seen developing and can be seen below.

There is no word yet on plans in St. Louis or St. Charles counties.
