CARLINVILLE, Ill. (KSDK) – For the second time this month, a dust storm clouded the sights of many in Carlinville Thursday afternoon.

A viewer sent a video while driving down Route 108 west around 11:30 a.m. Thursday.

A similar dust storm last week covered a one-mile stretch and shut down five miles of the road.
