ST. LOUIS – We're finished with snow for a while; but just because we're snow free doesn't mean we're home free, because after a not very warm day we're in for really cold night.

The sun makes its comeback this afternoon and highs will drift into the mid to upper teens as winds move along at a leisurely 10 to 15 miles per hour out of the north and northeast.

But tonight, slow winds, fair skies, and snow on the ground will all conspire against us to leave lows in the metro area near zero and everyone else west and north below zero degrees.

On Tuesday, we'll see highs get close to 20 and then 30s Wednesday.
