ST. LOUIS – Thursday night Saint Louis Public School leaders unveiled their plan to get the district back on track. Right now, the district is working toward regaining full accreditation.

Superintendent Kelvin Adams proposed an idea to turn over struggling schools to non-profit groups.

If certain individual schools don't meet required standards next year, outside groups would be hired to run them.
