MOLINE ACRES, Mo. – There are more problems at a condominium building in Moline Acres that has already been condemned once this year.

In January, residents at the Lewis and Clark Towers were told to leave because of broken elevators, pipes, and various electrical problems.

The repairs were made and people moved back in, but now the city public works director says all of the units are without hot water. He says the new management never received the Laclede Gas bills.

Laclede cut off the gas to the hot water boiler because condo management owes $8,800.
