CHESTERFIELD, Mo. - The main attractions to this weekend's Spirit of St. Louis Air show arrived Thursday.
If you didn't see the Blue Angels jets, there's a good chance you heard them. Nothing and no one makes an entrance quite like the Blue Angels flight demonstration team.
Maj. Brandon Cordle is a Parks College graduate at Saint Louis University. He's in town, and NewsChannel 5 caught up with him.

The air show is Saturday and Sunday. The gates open at 9 a.m. Tickets purchased online in advance are $10. They will be $12 at the gate. Kids under the age of 12 and active military members with a valid ID are free for general admission.
There is general parking at the event close to the static aircraft displays.
General viewing areas are on both sides of the airfield for the air show performances.
The air shows begin each day at 1 p.m.
