ST. LOUIS (KSDK) – With Day 9 underway, Katz's side is expected to rest Friday.
Katz, a former high-ranked executive at Anheuser Busch, filed a gender discrimination lawsuit against the brewery and said that she made a lower salary than her male counterparts as well as her predecessor.
There will be a few video depositions as well as a witness testimony before Katz's lawyer, Mary Ann Sedey, rests her case.
