ST. LOUIS – One person died late Thursday afternoon after an accident in north St. Louis.
Schron Jackson, a spokesperson for the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, says officers were called to Riverview and Scranton at 5:05 p.m. for a report of a two-vehicle accident.
Jackson says at least three people were taken to an area hospital, and one of those victims, a 24-year-old man, was pronounced dead. His name has not been released.
The other two victims' conditions have not been released.
Accident reconstruction has been called to the scene, but there's no word on the cause of the accident.
