ARNOLD, Mo. – The superintendent of the Fox C-6 School District has announced she will take an early retirement.
Dr. Dianne Critchlow emailed a statement saying her retirement has nothing to do with accusations she and other district employees harassed parents on an internet message board.
Critchlow will retire in October and will collect $130,000.
A spokesperson for Fox says the district is facing $7 million in cuts, but Critchlow's retirement will save the district $337,000 in salary and benefits.
