CLAYTON, Mo. - A woman who works in downtown Clayton- went on her break and ended up in stitches.

A large street light fell on her and left her bleeding in the street. Clayton police say the street light fell on 59-year-old Mary Ann Sinowitz Monday afternoon just after a storm moved through the area.

They believe the incident is weather related. Clayton's director of public works said there were no reports of the street light falling before.

Sinowitz is glad the light is fixed but she wants more to be done to make sure all the street lights are in proper condition to prevent something like this from every happening again.
