ST. LOUIS – Mayor Francis Slay now will consider a horse carriage report, which has been submitted to him.

City of St. Louis Health Director Pam Walker wants the mayor to decide if horse drawn carriages should be banned.

The mayor requested the review after Walker videotaped a horse she says was showing signs of heat exhaustion.

Walker said she will release the report to the public after the mayor reads it and makes a decision.
