Nearly 200,000 people have signed an online petition to keep a former Illinois state trooper from getting his driver's license back.

Matt Mitchell's license was revoked after causing a traffic accident in 2007 that killed the Uhl sisters from Collinsville. He was driving 126 miles an hour while talking on his cell phone when he lost control, crossed the median and hit the Uhls' car.

Mitchell is scheduled to make his fifth reinstatement request at a hearing next month.
