ST. LOUIS – A Missouri mom of four who was minutes away from being deported to Thailand last month is expected back in court Friday morning.

Dow Boyer was jailed in March and faced deportation after she was convicted to stealing from her employer. In June, her deportation was stayed, but her attorneys have filed a motion to have the conviction overturned.

If the judge agrees, they can ask to have the deportation order dissolved.
