ST. LOUIS COUNTY - Tuesday night saw the end of an era as a new St. Louis County Executive will be decided this November.

St. Louis County Councilman Steve Stenger defeated current County Executive Charlie Dooley by receiving more than 66 percent of the vote.

Stenger will face Republican Rick Stream in the November 4 general election as well as Libertarian Theo Brown and Constitution candidate Joe Passanise.
