ST. LOUIS COUNTY - A large crowd is expected at Thursday night's Mehlville School Board meeting.

The board will discuss a clean energy solution because some members of the community are concerned about the Ameren Coal Plant near Rogers Elementary in south St. Louis County. They say the ash waste could pose a health risk to students.

The school board will vote on a resolution and ask Ameren to use more clean energy. The meeting begins at 8 p.m. at the Mehlville Administration Building.
