ST. LOUIS COUNTY – The Missouri Department of Transportation announced a new project in St. Louis County Friday.
A $7 million project will begin next week to improve the interchange at Interstate 64 and Route 141.
MoDOT crews and its contractor, Millstone-Weber, will add two-lane left turns between Route 141 and the I-64 ramps in both directions. The intersections on Route 141 at Conway and St. Lukes will also be improved.
Work will usually be done between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m., but one southbound lane on Route 141 near St. Lukes will be closed for two months beginning Aug. 20.
