ST. LOUIS COUNTY – A number of organizations have banded together to demand more information on the Michael Brown investigation from St. Louis County Prosecutor Bob McCulloch.

Tuesday, protesters will gather at the Buzz Westfall Justice Center and demand an independent investigator for the case. Organizations participating in the protest, include Coalition Against Police Crimes and Repression, Missourians Organizing for Reform and Empowerment, Veterans For Peace, Instead of War, St. Louis Palestine Solidarity Committee, Organization for Black Struggle, Show Me 15.

A Ferguson police officer shot the 18-year-old Brown, who was unarmed at the time. Monday, a preliminary autopsy was released showing he was shot at least six times, including a fatal shot to the top of his head.

The Facebook page showed more than 240 people had confirmed to attend the protest, which is set for 3 p.m.
