(KSDK) A majority of the arrests made by the St. Louis County Police at the Ferguson detail have been of St. Louis residents, according to data released by STLCOPD.
From August 10 to 4 p.m. on August 21, the Ferguson Detail arrested 204 people for reasons ranging from burglary to refusal to disperse.
Protests started August 10 after the fatal shooting of Mike Brown on August 9 in Ferguson by Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson.
58 people self-reported as being from St. Louis when arrested.
The second largest group of people were those from out of state, 35, ranging from San Francisco to Brooklyn.
Residents from Florissant and and Jennings made up the third largest group of those arrested, both bringing in 23 people each. Those from unincorporated St. Louis County made up the fourth largest group at 21.
