FERGUSON, Mo. - Six arrests were made Saturday night in Ferguson as protests over the shooting death of an 18-year-old by a local police officer entered the 14th day.

According to Captain Ron Johnson of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, four of the six people arrested were from out of state. Five people were arrested for failure to disperse, while the sixth was arrested for destruction of property.

Johnson said all four lanes of W. Florissant Avenue were opened to traffic. Previously the roads were closed before dusk in late afternoon.

Earlier in the day, Johnson joined St. Louis County Police Chief Jon Belmar, and St. Louis Police Chief Sam Dotson in marching in the NAACP parade on W. Florissant.
