ST. LOUIS - Francine Katz, the former highest ranking female executive at Anheuser Busch, went back to court Thursday afternoon in hopes of getting a new trial.

She sued the brewery for $14 million alleging she was underpaid because of her gender. After a three week trial this past May, jurors sided with Anheuser-Busch.

In court Thursday, Katz's legal team argued there were critical mistakes made in closing remarks and in jury instruction that could have influenced the outcome.

St. Louis Circuit Judge Rex Burlison did not make a ruling.
