CARBONDALE, Ill. - There is now a $15,000 reward to help find him SIU-Carbondale student Pravin Varguhese.

Pravin disappeared five days ago. Monday night, family and friends gathered on campus to light candles and pray for his return.

"We don't know where he is, if he's warm, if he's hungry or not, we just want our brother back," said Pravin's sister, Priya.

Police say the 19-year-old was last seen late Wednesday night. He and two roommates went to a party at a house near campus. The roommates left early and Pravin never came home. Police have searched using dogs, helicopters, and planes, but there's still no sign of him.

"It's the worst thing like we were with him at the party and knowing that could potentially be the last time, it's really difficult for us," said friend Rachel Elbe.

"There's not a second that goes by that I don't think about him, wondering where he is," said Priya.

Around 200 people came to Carbondale to search for Pravin, mostly from his hometown of Chicago, but about 20 have also come from St. Louis. Pravin's sister attends SLU.
