ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - U.S. Representative Ann Wagner spoke to NewsChannel 5 Tuesday about House Republicans working on a bill to address the humanitarian crisis on our southern border.

Tuesday, the conflict came to Oracle, Ariz. Protestors were told a bus was coming, bringing Central American kids to detention. These unaccompanied minors have been coming across the border by the tens of thousands.

Though the President's plan is to send them back, Rep. Wagner says he's sent a clear message that the border is open.
