KSDK – Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-Mo.) would like to remind you that Mizzou has a "#bigassgame" this weekend, and she took to Twitter to convey her enthusiasm – with a few misspellings along the way.

"Ok, haters out there, pls ignore me for 48 hours," her first Mizzou-inspired tweet read. "My Mizzou has big ass game on Sat & I'm obsessed."

The tweet was accompanied by a photo of a giant tiger sitting on her couch.

She went on to opine that the orange on Auburn's jerseys are very ugly, and bantered with an Alabama fan, who told her that God loves Auburn.

"There's a significant difference b/w blind luck & divine intervention," she wrote.

Her next Mizzou-inspired tweet featured a giant needlepoint she currently keeps in her house.

"Yes, I'm older that dirt, this is the needlepoint I designed and did for my dad my senior year at Mizzou #bigassgame," she tweeted.

In an accompanying Facebook post, she explained how she spent most of her life in Columbia.

"To say I was raised under a black and gold banner is an understatement," she wrote on Facebook.

Her final Mizzou tweet was a wee-bit enthusiastic, and misspelled a couple names.

"Yes, run run run Posey and Franklin," she wrote. "But don't forget our tall drinks of water, DGB and Washinton! #bigassgame #MIZZOU #SEC"

Many fans responded by clarifying that she meant Henry Josey, and left a "g" out of Washington.

"Of all players to have a typo with. Yikes. So sorry Henry. Josey and Franklin came back from injuries to be our leaders," she later wrote.
